Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PostalPrep ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostalPrep provides a web-based service that allows users to locally process CSV files containing address data and generate formatted envelopes and labels for printing ("Batch Printing"). We also provide US Postal Service Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb) generation for tracking purposes.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment & Credits

Examples of services provided by PostalPrep are paid. We use a credit-based system where credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use services (e.g., generating prints or tracking barcodes). All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending fraudulent, threatening, or harassing mail.
• Generating labels for illegal merchandise.
• Interfering with the proper operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostalPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to printing errors, lost mail, or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
