Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, purchase credits, or select data for processing.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (via Google Auth/Firebase).
  • Print Data (Standard): For standard printing, your CSV data is processed entirely locally in your browser. We do not upload or store your address files on our servers.
  • Print Data (Postage): When purchasing real postage, we transmit the full sender and recipient address to our postage partner EasyPost to purchase and generate the label. We store the label URL but do not permanently store the full address data.
  • Print Data (Tracked): If you choose to enable USPS Tracking (without postage), we transmit and store the Recipient Name and Zip Code to generate and monitor the tracking barcodes. We do not store other columns from your CSV.
  • Payment Information: Transaction history. We do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process your print jobs, purchase postage, and generate tracking barcodes.
  • Process transactions and send related information, such as confirmations and invoices.
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Standard Prints: Since we do not store your CSV files for standard prints, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. The data lives in your browser's memory and is cleared when you close the tab.

Tracked/Postage Prints: We retain the Recipient Name and Zip Code associated with tracked envelopes to provide the tracking history service. Additional address data sent to EasyPost for postage is subject to their privacy policy. You can view or delete your local tracking history at any time.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and database hosting.
  • EasyPost: Postage purchasing and label generation.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
