Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before purchasing credits. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate availability of credits, all purchases are non-refundable.
Technical System Errors
In the unlikely event of a verified technical failure on our end (e.g., our system fails to generate your PDF or reserve your tracking numbers after deducting credits), we will credit your account with the equivalent number of credits lost.
Note: This policy applies only to system-wide failures. It does not cover user errors or issues with your local printer hardware.
No Refunds for User Error
We do not offer refunds or credit restorations for:
- Customer data entry errors (typos, wrong addresses in CSV).
- Selecting the incorrect CSV file.
- Printer alignment issues, paper jams, or hardware failures on your device.
- Unused credits remaining in your account.
