General & Pricing

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Basic envelope and label generation is completely free. No watermarks, no limits.

If you need advanced features like USPS Tracking or Real Postage, I use a simple wallet system. You add funds to your wallet, which are deducted as you print. Funds never expire.

What printers are supported?

The generated PDF files are standard and work with:

  • Any standard home/office laser or inkjet printer (#10 envelopes, Avery 5160 labels)
  • 4x6 Thermal Label Printers (Rollo, Zebra, Munbyn, etc.)

Tracking & Technical

How does the tracking work?

I generate a USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb) for each envelope. This barcode is scanned by automated USPS sorting machines as your mail moves through their network. I display these scan events in your Tracking Dashboard, letting you know when your mail is en route to its destination.
Note: This is not "Certified Mail" with a signature; it tracks the mailpiece to the final sorting facility before delivery.

What happens if my print looks wrong?

I provide a Test Print feature. I strongly recommend printing one sample envelope first to verify alignment with your specific printer before running a large batch. If a system error corrupts your file, contact me for a refund to your wallet.

Is my data safe?

Yes, and for standard prints, it's more than safe—it never leaves your computer.
- Standard Prints: All CSV parsing and PDF generation happens locally in your browser. I never see your address list.
- Tracked Prints: I only store the Recipient Name and Zip Code necessary to track the mailpiece.
- Postage: When buying full postage, I securely transmit the full address to EasyPost to purchase the label.

Refunds & Support

Can I get a refund?

Yes, wallet deposits are eligible for refunds within 48 hours of purchase. I will refund any unused amount remaining in your wallet.
